Ashley has been a part of the spa world for 10 years. Her career began as a receptionist in her family's spa in South Carolina. She realized the importance of proper skin care early on as she dealt with skin issues of her own. Her step-mother, an esthetician, taught her how to care for and maintain a healthy skin regimen. It has since been her passion to restore health to her client's skin. She graduated with a 4.0 and hasn't stopped educating herself. She specializes in customized facials and full body waxing.
Cathy's love for skin care began at a young age as she watched her Mom do her skin care regimen every evening. She pursued and received her degree in Holistic Nutrition and combines that with her esthetic career. Helping people with their skin issues internally and externally has been the most rewarding part of her career. She previously worked in a Dermatologist's office and attributes that to her hands-on learning approach to healthy skin. Rosacea and sensitive skin clients are her specialty.

Abe received his foundation in massage therapy at the Harris School of Business in Linwood but has augmented his training globally. Since licensure, he has traveled to Thailand, Nepal, Philippines and Bali to study philosophies and modalities outside of his Swedish and deep tissue techniques.
As a long time martial arts and yoga practitioner, Abe understands the importance of stretching and flexibility in maintaining the mind-body-spirit connection. His travel to Asia solidified his ability to seamlessly integrate the Eastern ideas of flow and allowing the body to invite you in and the Western concept of effecting change in the body. After an appointment with Abe, expect to feel lighter, stronger and longer as well as relaxed and focused. His work supports renewal and revitalization.
Practicing since 2000, Lisa's massage approach blends Eastern principles with Western modalities. She believes that pain is the body's way of communicating imbalances and it is her goal to help you reconnect with your body to understand what it is trying to tell you.
She has the knowledge to assess the problem and assist the body's natural healing abilities, often finding the muscular or energetic imbalances that are overlooked or misunderstood.
